Xephr Business Intelligence Support

Xephr Business Intelligence customers have a choice of Support Net options to assist in “How To”, Upgrade, and Software corrections.

  1. Support Team members are available to answer calls on business days between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm EST.
  2. Inquires can be emailed to support@ndsapps.com or
  3. Technical coordinators can log on to supportnet.ndsiasp.com.

NDS Systems will respond to all requests within one business day. Per the Xephr Business Intelligence Software License agreement:

  1. NDS shall respond at no charge for a period of 30 days after a license purchase to a reasonable number of communications from License’s Technical Coordinator’s who request consultation on the operational or technical aspects of the software. An hourly service fee will be charged for all operational and technical consultations after the initial 30-day period.
  2. NDS Systems shall respond to an unlimited number of Licensee’s communications that report software failures not previously reported to NDS Systems.
  3. NDS Systems shall make Software corrections, enhancements, and upgrades available to Licensees if and when it makes them generally available under a support subscription.
